The Beginning
SERUM Electrogreen was established with a mission to solve one of India's biggest challenges — energy storage. Traditional lead-acid batteries were inefficient, short-lived, and harmful to the environment. We knew there had to be a better way.
The LFP Decision
After extensive research, we chose Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) as our core chemistry. LFP offered superior heat resistance, longer life, and better safety — making it the ideal choice for Indian climatic conditions where temperatures often exceed 45°C.
In-House Manufacturing
We invested in our own manufacturing facility in Shyamnagar, Kolkata — equipped with advanced cell testing, IR material identification, laser cleaning, precision welding, and BMS validation systems. This gave us complete control over quality, consistency, and cost.
The Envio Brand
In 2024, we launched Envio — our flagship battery brand — with the tagline "Charge the Future". Today, Envio powers electric vehicles, solar systems, telecom towers, and UPS installations across India.
